Water is an obvious source for your daily fluid needs. Other good beverages include milk, herbal teas, low-sodium broth, 100% juices of fruits and vegetables. Soft drinks will also count towards your total daily fluid, don't forget that sugar sweetened soft drinks and fruit juices add additional calories for you daily ration that you do not need, while drinking water can help you lose weight.
