Plants of space on your desk to reduce Stress at work

office plantsIf you feel depressed and often tired at work, you should try this simple advice: put plants on your desktop at the Office.

A recent study revealed that the plants placed on the desktop or in the room are good for health. Potted plants can reduce fatigue, stress, headache, cough and dry skin.

This research was conducted by scientists at the Norwegian Life Sciences University and the University of Uppsala, in Sweden. The head of the research team, Tina Bringslimark of the Norwegian University, the study 385 workers involved.

Number of workers in the absence of work by reason of being sick have been studied and observed. They were then requested how many plants that they had seen from their desktop. The results showed that workers see the plant from their Office, less often they miss work due to being ill.

According to Bringslimark, the soil of this plant has a volatile, an organization which have effects on health. "Psychologically, seeing the plant or tree is refreshing," said Bringslimark, according to the Daily Mail.

While a study by the University of Washington, Office plants are very useful, especially for Office workers who do not face to the window.

In a study at the University of Washington State, the workers who work in offices with plants are also more productive and more quick to react. They also do not get stressed and low blood pressure. "This proves, that plants can reduce the levels of stress," said Virginia Lohr, head of research.
